Whether as a single film crew or in multiple teams – a film event is flexible in terms of the number of participants. In groups of up to 10 people, you create your own short film with creative guidance and professional support.
Flexible in time and place
From a short shoot to a day-long film festival, we have the right offer for everyone. We transform the booked seminar hotel, your company headquarters or the local cinema into a film set for a few hours.
In different languages
We run events in English, Dutch, German, French and any mix in between. With professional translation, we have hosted events in many other languages as well.

How does a Filmevent work?
Prepare
Pre Production | 60min.
Before the first sparks fly, the team dives into the script, distributes roles, chooses props and decides on the shooting locations. To ensure a smooth start, we provide a script that makes it easy to get into filmmaking while leaving plenty of room for the creative input of the participants. The moment the first person slips into their role, the ice is broken and the adventure begins.
Film
Production | 120min.
As soon as the preparations are complete the team finds itself on set. The creative process begins, and scene by scene, the team's ideas come to life. Whether the shots are dramatic, comical, or action-packed - hidden talents emerge during filming. Take by take, the team becomes more familiar with working on set. In just a few hours, dozens of shots are captured—of course, with equipment that ensures a cinematic look.
Chill
Postproduction
During postproduction, your team enjoys a well-deserved break with an aperitif, dinner, or another activity. Meanwhile, the raw material is transformed into a cinematic experience: the scenes are carefully assembled, enhanced with fitting music and sound effects, and refined with small special effects where needed. The final touches ensure the movie has the right look and feel, capturing the essence of the story.

Shortly after filming, the movies are ready for the big screen. The audience gathers, the excitement rises, and then—the moment of magic. Seeing yourself and your team on the big screen is an unforgettable experience. Laughter, emotions and applause are guaranteed – a highlight that will stay with you for a long time.
